The SPSSCS Marketing and Practice Development Committee
has designed a generic survey form which may help you
learn what your patients like about your skin care
program and services – and, more importantly, what they
don’t like!
At our Interim Meeting in New Orleans, the Service
Satisfaction Questionnaire received approval by the
Board of Directors for general distribution to SPSSCS
members. You’re welcome to copy the form as is or modify
it to your specifications. In mailing the survey to your
skin care patient base, you’ll receive a higher response
rate if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope
for its return.
